I was born in June of 1945.
I am married to Deb and have three grown daughters, all married and living in Michigan and Pennsylvania. We live with Gabby the cat and Strider the wonder dog north of Chicago.

I loved reading your nostaglic post about life when times were simple. I had a similar experience when I drove down Gratiot Avenue with my parents last Sunday after leaving the Belle Isle Conservatory and heard them talk about all of their memories, people who have passed on, businesses that used to be there, fun times and what they miss. So much seems to be lost with the slippage of time and, because what was lost came from the simple joys of everyday life, no one seems to remember. Your post was very enjoyable.
I hope things are going well with Deb and you have a terrific time on your cruise.
All is fine here. David and the boys are all doing well, with David turning 52 today as you know. Time marches on.
